There is a $200 cleaning/admin charge, and all renters are required to escrow a security deposit of $500. THIS IS A WEEKLY RENTAL, NOT YEARLY. No smoking of any kind or animals are permitted. We rent Saturday to Saturday. There is NO HEAT in this rental. Book a week or weeks in Lords Point and have a great vacation!
