Built in 1821/22 this Greek Revival style meetinghouse was previously known as the Northville Baptist Church. It was moved from across the street in 1956 to it’s current location on 2.02 acres including a 25 car parking lot, volleyball court and horseshoe pits. The church was set on a full basement which houses a commercial kitchen, bathroom and the heating system. A sacristy and office were added to the meeting room sometime thereafter. The roof consists of cedar shingles laid on lath purlins and the building has clear cedar clapboard siding with 4″ exposure. There is a 6′ clear fir porch beneath a pedimented overhang supported by four square columns. The central entry has a modern oversized front door. Architectural features include Marvin true divided wooden sash windows, interior balcony, original oak flooring, post and beam construction with one tie rod.
